For randomized products such as booster packs, booster boxes, and similar sealed trading card products, the cards contained inside are determined by the manufacturer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the applicable product page, AB Cards and Collectibles does not guarantee specific cards, characters, rarities, pulls, or monetary value from randomized products.

4. Product Condition

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, products sold as new are supplied in new condition.

For sealed trading card products, customers should carefully review the product description and photographs before purchasing.

If you receive a product that appears damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@abcardscollectibles.shop.

5. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated on the website or during checkout.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time before an order is placed.

Eligible returns are generally accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in that policy.

Because the condition of collectible products can significantly affect their value, opened or unsealed trading card products generally cannot be returned because of a change of mind.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before an order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, and the order may instead need to be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Product availability displayed on our website may change.

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not necessarily reserve the item.

In rare circumstances, an item may become unavailable after an order is submitted because of simultaneous purchases, inventory discrepancies, damaged inventory, or technical errors.
